The CNC is on a journey; significant work has been completed already and as our new ACC you will help drive the overall operational performance of the CNC.
To succeed, you will couple experience in a senior leadership role in a firearms command environment with the capacity and capability to lead transformational change. The CNC operates in a highly regulated environment, where safety and security are paramount, so experience of working operationally in a similar pressurised environment is critical.
The CNC is an equal opportunities employer and is seeking the right person for the job irrespective of age, sex, race, ethnicity, disability and other factors that have no bearing on an individual’s ability to perform the role. We therefore welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals and offer flexibility on location and tenure, including the possibility of a secondment or a job share in the right circumstances.
