People & Compliance Coordinator

The People & Compliance Coordinator is a key role within our team that will support the learning and development of our staff, as well as the delivery of our the staff journey and key projects relating to it's people work.

We are looking for an extremely organised individual, who is able to develop and implement systems for monitoring and tracking their work as well as the work of others.

You will have experience of working with digital systems and databases, as well as working on projects.

The right person for this role would hold a professional qualification such as CIPD Level 3 or 5, or have a desire to work towards obtaining this qualification in this role with the support of the company.
